As an online only store, we are thankfully still business as usual. We keep updated with our partner couriers (Australia Post, Courier Please, Fastway and TNT) on a daily basis. We are 100% committed to getting your orders delivered reliably and safely under the current circumstances.
We would like to inform you the impacts on your orders so far.
Slightly longer turnaround time
We are limiting the number of people work in the same workshop at the same time. As a result the turnaround time will be slightly longer than before, but still within our committed timeframe. We will dispatch your orders within 10 business days.
Your parcels may be dropped off without signature
We have been notified by our partner couriers that ‘Signature on Delivery’ parcels will be changed to ‘Authority to Leave’ in order to reduce the contact necessary between you and the couriers. The couriers will use their judgement and the information at hand (any instructions passed on from their head office, what's written on the parcel and, whether the receiver is home) to choose whether they leave a parcel and where. If they don't deem it safe to leave they then will leave a card to organise re-delivery or leave the parcel at one of the nearest available collection points so the receiver can collect the parcel on their own convenience.
Gold frame option is temporarily unavailable
As our supplier cannot supply Gold moulding at the moment due to COVID-19, we are not able to make Gold frames. We expect them to come back later.
No impact otherwise
