Painting Description

I have loved driving through the Blue Mountains since I was a child. I always love seeing the blue vapour haze across the mountains over the beautiful trees.

In Sydney, the natural blue haze is created by vast eucalyptus forests in this World Heritage area.

The amazing tiny droplets of oil is released from the trees which mixes with water vapour and sunlight to produce the distinctive colour. You just feel like you are in another world when you see The Blue Mountains!
