Fine Art Print on Canvas Or Paper
Museum quality giclée print, using latest Epson high end professional fine art reproduction printer and UltraChrome archival inks resulting in beautiful prints with rich and vivid colours.
We use either 300 gsm premium canvas or 180 gsm matte archival art paper.
Shadow Box Floating Frame
- Canvas stretched to wooden stretcher and mounted to the shadow box floating frame.
- There is a gap of about 5 mm between the frame and print, which creates the floating effect and literally makes the canvas print stand out even more.
- 4.5 cm thick timber mouldings, made of sustainable hardwood
- Proudly hand framed in Melbourne
- Hanging wire pre-installed, arrive ready to hang
Stretched Canvas
- Stretched and gallery or mirror wrapped around a 3cm wooden stretcher. No outside frames.
- We will remove any "white border" around the wall art, as the "white borders" are designed for framed artwork only.
- Hanging wire pre-installed, arrive ready to hang.

Framed Poster
- Giclée printed on 180 gsm matte archival art paper using genuine Epson UltraChrome inks.
- Frames are made of sustainable hardwood.
- Small sizes posters (< 80x120cm or 100x100cm) are framed with 4 cm thick timber mouldings. The frontal measurement is 2cm. Bigger sizes posters ( larger than 80x120cm or 100x100cm ) are framed with 2 cm thick timber mouldings. The frontal measurement is 4cm.
- Topped with professional framing acrylic, not glass or perspex.
- We don't use traditional mat board. Some products come with "white border" effect, which is just unprinted area. We can custom make a print to add/remove the white border. You just need to leave an order note about it.

Frame Colour
- All the wall art are available in Black/White/Oak frame colours.
- Our Vintage Gold Frame is currently unavailable due to supply shortage. We expect them to be back late June or early July. The vintage gold framing is not a clean gold colour, it will come with natural imperfections, giving a vintage look).
- The Oak frames are made of nature timber moulding, they may come with different tones, or have timber marks on them, while the Black and White frames have smooth colour.

All wall artworks come in accurate sizes. For framed artworks, the sizes are finished sizes (frames included). Please check here for more information

All the items are made-to-order. The framed wall arts are hand-made by skilled framers in Melbourne. You will receive a notification email with tracking information when your order is on its way to you.
Production Time
All orders are hand-framed in our Melbourne factory. Our current production time is 5-7 business days.
If you choose Rush Order & Priority Shipping, your order will be dispatched in 1-2 business days.
Shipping
We have several courier partners ship the orders - Australia Post, Allied Express, TNT, and Courier Please. The delivery timeframe below is the rough estimations provided by the courier partners. There may be pre-Christmas delay by the couriers especially shipments to WA and SA. If you need your order arrive by a certain date, please contact us before placing order.

Rush Order & Priority Shipping |
1-3 business days, depending on where you are. There will be extra cost calculated at checkout. Due to the nature of our products (large and fragile artworks), most couriers don't offer express shipping to such items. We will get quote from all our partner couriers find the fastest one possible. If you have a delivery date deadline please let us know. |

REPLACEMENT & REPAIR
In the unlikely event that your prints/wallpaper/wall decals arrive damaged, we will happily replace it at no extra cost. If your purchase arrives with any defect, we will arrange a replacement, too.Original paintings are not replicable, if it's damaged, we will work with the artist to repair it for you.
Please contact us within 10 days upon receiving your order should you need any assistance.
7 DAYS CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
We want you to love your art. If you do change your mind, we have a 7 day change-of-mind return policy. You can return your art to us within the seven days in exchange for a store credit. All store credits are valid for one year from the date of issue.
All returns must be ‘as new’ condition and packaged securely in the original packaging. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
To request a return, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please be informed that we can only accept change-of-mind return once for each order placed. For each customer, regardless of the amount of artworks you order, we will only accept change-of-mind return twice within the 12 months period.
WARRANTY
All our products come with warranty. Please find the warranty period as below. The warranty period is from the date of purchase and for Australian customers only. The warranty is considered void if the customer didn't follow our care instruction, or the fault/damage was caused by a misusage or accident.

If any fault is found within warranty period please contact us immediately. You will need to provide photos of the artwork it in condition and we will assess all warranty claims on a case by case basis.
The sizes are all finish sizes.
Take 70x100cm Framed Canvas for example. The size is finish size including frame.
Set’s sizes are each individual pieces’ size.
Here is an example of Set Of 2 sized 70x100cm.
The same size option used for Landscape and Portrait wall art.
Refer to the 2 samples above, one is in Landscape orientation and the other is Portrait. They are both sized 70x100cm, instead of 70x100cm & 100x70cm.
