General Shipping Information
All the items are made-to-order. The framed wall arts are hand-made by skilled framers in Melbourne. You will receive a notification email with tracking information when your order is on its way to you.
Production Time
All orders are hand-made and dispatched from our Melbourne factory. Please note orders are processed on weekdays only. Below is the turnaround time for different products.

Normally our processing time is 5-7 business days. Due to the high volume of orders received recently, we are experiencing slight delays in prints. Our current lead time is up to 10 business days. |
Original Paintings and Hand-painted Canvas take 3-4 weeks to be dispatched. (Unfortunately we cannot rush Original Paintings or Hand-painted canvas orders) |

If you're purchasing artwork as a gift for a birthday, wedding, housewarming, or another special occasion and need it to arrive by a specific date which is not far away, please contact us before or immediately after placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your timeline and advise whether we can realistically meet your requested delivery date.
Shipping Time
We have several courier partners ship the orders - Australia Post, Allied Express, TNT, and Courier Please. The delivery timeframe below is the rough estimations provided by the courier partners. If you need your order arrive by a certain date, please contact us before placing order.

Express Shipping
Due to the nature of our products (large and fragile artworks), most couriers don't offer express shipping to such items. It is possible to express ship Unframed Poster, Wallpaper and Wall Decal.
If you need express shipping, please contact us to check if express shipping is available and get a quote.
International Shipping
Our unframed prints, wallpaper, and wall decals can be shipped internationally. Framed prints may or may not be shipped to you, depending on where you are. Please contact us to place your order manually, as there is an international shipping cost involved and we need your address to quote you.
