Each hand-painted piece is made with care and attention to detail, which takes time to perfect. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for the creation process. Your order will be dispatched within 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase.
We will send photos of your commissioned painting for approval. Your order includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions. You will receive approval request by email. If we don’t hear back, the artwork will be automatically approved in 7 days so we can keep things moving smoothly.
If you are not satisfied after two revisions, you may cancel the order for a full refund issued as store credit. Store credit can be used toward any products on our website, including prints, wallpaper, and original artwork.Cash/monetary refunds are not available in this circumstance.
Please be aware that after approval, commission original paintings are not eligible for Change-Of-Mind return.
If a painting arrives damaged, or has with any defect with framing, we will repair it for you. In most cases, we will take the painting back, repair it and resend it to you.

Browse our collection and select the painting you love. During checkout, you can add order note if you have any special requests or preferences — we’ll make sure to pass them on to the artist.
Step 2 - Artist Paints It
Once your order is received, our team will review the details and coordinate with one artists to begin painting your custom canvas.
Step 3 - Review & Approve
When your painting is completed, we’ll send you a photo of the finished artwork for your review. You can request up to two revisions to ensure it’s exactly how you envisioned before we ship it to you.
